The Two VEDE Ranges
The Extruded Sourdough Range — seven shapes produced on Australia’s only sourdough pasta extrusion line. Wild-fermented starter, 100% semolina, shaped at volume and IQF frozen for consistent supply. This is the workhorse range: Rigatoni, Casarecce, Mafaldine, Pappardelle, Linguine, Squid Ink Linguine, and Fettuccine. Reliable, flavourful, and built for kitchens that need consistency at scale.
The Stretched Puglian Range — five shapes made entirely by hand using cold-stretch technique inherited from Apulia. No extrusion, no shortcuts. Orecchiette, Strozzaprete, Cavatelli, Strascinate, and Fogliette d’Ulivo. These are conversation starters — shapes that give menus character and guests something to remember.
Both ranges are IQF frozen, delivered fresh via MOCO Food Services throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Ipswich, and the Northern Rivers.

Function Centres & Event Catering
IQF frozen pasta is made for large-format service — par cook in advance, hold, plate. Both ranges work depending on whether you’re doing plated events or a pasta buffet.

VEDE pasta reaches venues across Southeast Queensland through MOCO Food Services — a refrigerated wholesale distribution network covering Brisbane metro, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba, and the Northern Rivers region. Weekly delivery, reliable cold chain, no minimum drama.
