About the Founder: Chef Beau Vedelago
VEDE Pasta was created by Beau Vedelago, a Brisbane-based pastai and restaurateur behind Factory51. Drawing on years of experience in the kitchen, he set out to make pasta that chefs could trust to perform every night of the week — without compromise.
Together with Bruce McKenna, a chef trained in Italy, VEDE has grown into one of Queensland’s most trusted wholesale pasta producers.
