The story behind the pasta

VEDE began inside Factory 51, a Brisbane restaurant where pasta was never an afterthought. The pasta made for its own tables kept improving — new shapes, a longer ferment, a custom stretching machine built from scratch — until it became a product in its own right. That origin matters to the kitchens we supply: VEDE is made by a chef and a restaurateur who understand a service from the inside, not a factory chasing a category.
